SHIPPING, HANDLING, & DELIVERY
- All orders are dispatched with 24 working hours of order placement. We provide cash on delivery and online bank transfer for all our customers around Pakistan.
- All orders reach you in 4-6 working days.
- Bank account info for IBFT will be provided if you need to pay by bank. Please email us or contact via social media for bank details.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
No worries – we are here to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us.
- Returns are accepted for replacement only. No refunds.
- If you want to exchange your bag with any other color/design, kindly contact us with your order number so we can assist you with the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Kindly authorise your return by emailing us before sending back the product if you do not like it.
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in unused and new condition in its original packaging. Used items or items without their original packaging will not be accepted. In such a case, you will be responsible to collect the item back from our office – Silk Avenue will not pay to re-ship any unauthorised returns.
- You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
- Please send your return(s) with tracking ID or a valid receipt. If your return does not reach us or if no proof of postage/delivery is shared, the replacement won’t be processed.
- We process our returns within 1-2 working days after receiving the returned goods. Once approved, we will contact you to let you know that the replacement has been sent.
- No items are eligible for exchange after the above-mentioned 7 day return period is over; starting from the date of your order delivery.

- Please contact us and we may be able to provide replacement option at your doorstep using one of our courier contractors.
Please pack all item well before returning them to save the item from getting damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns if they arrive damaged or are not in their original condition.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Polyserve international is a global brand and we follow global retail policies and practices to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value for money. All items are checked manually before shipping to you. However, sometimes, items may get damaged during shipping.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when you receive your order:
- As per all courier company policies in Pakistan, you cannot open the parcel before making the payment. We have tried our best to make policy a little less strict, but none of the courier operators in Pakistan let customers open the parcel before payment.
- If for any reason the product is damaged, you may call or email us directly. Please note that according to courier company policies, the item cannot be returned or refused to the rider directly. In cases of damaged shipments, we will fully assist you as you get in touch with us and arrange a replacement ASAP.
- If an item is faulty at arrival or is damaged during shipment, it must be brought to our notice within 48 hours of delivery along with pictures of the faulty item.
- Damaged item(s) can only be replaced with another unit(s) of the same articles.
