Packing
- All items are carefully packed so that they reach you in excellent condition. Each item, 3-4 different kinds of packaging layers are used to cover and protect all parts of the leather product. When the items reach you, depending upon the material, some bags may be a little out of shape due to shipping & handling. However, all bags come to their shape within 24 hours of use.

Shipping & Delivery
- In Pakistan, we ship from DHA Lahore. We use TCS for all cash on deliveries. All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours and delivered within 2-5 working days. In case no one is home, TCS tries to re-deliver 2 more times as per our contract with the shipping company for your convenience.
